Do we treat other dermatology conditions?

We also offer consultations, diagnosis and treatments for the following conditions:

  • Acne: Acne is a common skin condition that affects most people at some point. It causes spots, oily skin and sometimes skin that's hot or painful to touch. Acne most commonly develops on the face, back and chest
  • Eczema: Eczema is the name for a group of conditions that cause skin to become itchy, dry and cracked. Atopic eczema (atopic dermatitis) is the most common form of eczema. It's usually a long-term condition, which develops most commonly in children before their first birthday, although it may also develop in adults. It can improve significantly, or even clear completely, in some children as they get older
  • Contact dermatitis: Contact dermatitis is a type of eczema triggered by contact with a particular substance. Contact dermatitis usually improves or clears up completely if the substance causing the problem is identified and avoided. Treatments are also available to help ease the symptoms
  • Excision of lesions for diagnostic purposes: A procedure to remove a skin lesion, in order to take a biopsy, and diagnose the condition or skin lesion to identify a potential treatment plan
