We are currently recruiting a Reservations Advisors to work flexibly within the reservations team as an ambassador for the patient administration service. The position is predominantly phone based, managing incoming patient calls and managing appointments.

About the role
- Promote the highest standards of customer service.
- Provide a comprehensive administration, appointment booking service for all patients for Clinic, ACU and Theatre.
- Responsible for processing patient referrals, communicating effectively, positively, and professionally with patients to facilitate their conversion to a clinical consultation, test or procedure, ensuring bookings are made in line with relevant guidelines.
- Adhering to contact centre service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Skills and experience required
- Experience of working in a contact centre or customer service environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive, pragmatic, and objective outlook with an approachable nature
- Results driven individual, with high levels of determination and initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to co-ordinate and effectively prioritise conflicting priorities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and ethics in the workplace.
- Good level of IT skills
- Experience of working within healthcare and/or a basic understanding of medical terminology (desirable but not essential)
