I’m the Business Applications Manager and have been working at Benenden for 20 years. My present role is varied as we look to ensure that the hospital becomes a digital-first hospital. Medical Secretarial Support

£21,255 to £22,116 (Full time equivalent)

Fixed Term Contract 6 months, Part Time (30 hours)

We have an exciting opportunity for a methodical and well-organised medical secretary support to join a friendly and supportive team. You’ll provide a high standard of customer service ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience. Ensuring  patient letters are typed accurately and timely. Using Audio typing and touch typing skills. This position is a fixed term contract for 6 months to start in January 2024, working part time 30 hours 7.5 hours a day over 4 days a week. 

Finance Assistant

£22,179 - £24,735 (Full Time Equivalent)

Permanent Contract, Part Time (30 hrs)

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our established Finance team of nine. This role will focus predominantly on the Accounts Receivable. To ensure that patient invoices are processed accurately, that payments (from Self-Pay, NHS, and PMI) are received on a timely basis and that bank accounts are fully reconciled.

Fixed Term Contract - 6 months, Full-Time (37.5hrs)

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work specifically in our Accounts Receivable team, reporting to the Accounts Receivable supervisor. The position ensures that patient invoices are processed accurately and that payments from Self-Pay, NHS, and PMI are received on a timely basis and that bank accounts are fully reconciled. This is a fixed Term 6 months contract to support during a specific project within the Finance department.
