We are currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join the team at Benenden on a permanent basis. In this role you'll provide high standards of Physiotherapy to our outpatients in the MSK clinic at our Outstanding hospital.
* If you are a Newly Qualified Physiotherapist the salary will be £28,407 for the first 12 months

About the role
- Providing a high standard of physiotherapy care in the musculoskeletal Outpatient service, including holistic and thorough assessments, resulting in individualised, clinically reasoned and evidenced-based treatment programmes to patients
- Contribute and facilitate excellent standards of physiotherapy care to our orthopaedic Inpatients as part of our multidisciplinary teams to support safe, effective treatment pathways and positive clinical outcomes
- Supporting junior members of the team, including students and physiotherapy assistants with all aspects of their roles and learning needs
- Actively supporting department services and objectives, including the delivery of in-service training, audits and participating in peer reviews
Skills and experience required
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent
- One years' experience at junior level within the MSK outpatient setting
- Basic awareness of respiratory principles and techniques, including ACBT
- Aware of the KSF or equivalent
- Aware of the importance of clinical governance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate
- Excellent prioritisation, delegation and time keeping skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
