Anne Rodgers - Pharmacy Technician

I am a Pharmacy Technician, and I am involved with every step of the patient's journey from the pre-assessment right through to their discharge. Benenden Hospital has been very supportive and accommodating in the years that I have been here.

They have encouraged my learning and development. I feel like a valued member of the Pharmacy team and supported by the wider management team. It’s been great to be involved over the years and to see how Benenden Hospital has evolved.
