Information for visiting Benenden Hospital
All visitors to the Hospital should report to the Main Reception to register where our helpful team are here to direct you to the appropriate area.
Free parking is available on site.
Visitors are required to register at our main reception and are welcome from 11am to 1.30pm and 3pm to 8pm. However, on certain occasions visits may be restricted or at the discretion of the Ward Manager, but we do ask that they do not disturb other patients.
Visitors are requested to report to nursing staff when they arrive. Children are allowed to visit by prior arrangement with the Ward Manager but we ask that they do not disturb other patients.
Visitors are requested to switch off mobile phones inside Hospital buildings especially in clinical areas.

If you don't have your own vehicle or transport, we can collect you from any one of the hotels/B&B's listed above. Please contact our Transport Department on 01580 857 412 or email at email@example.com to arrange this. This service is available Monday to Friday (excludes bank holidays and weekends).
It is preferable for you to call us, the care team will tell you if and when your friend or relative is ready to be collected.
The Pavillion is situated in the main building and serves hot meals, salads, sandwiches, snacks and beverages between 7.45am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 3pm. It is closed Sundays and bank holidays, however, there is a snack vending machine in The Restaurant. There is also a cash machine available on site.
- For reasons of hygiene, only guide dogs are allowed on Hospital grounds or premises.
- If you wish to smoke, there is a shelter outside the building in the Hospital’s grounds. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask patients and visitors not to smoke anywhere else in accordance with current regulations.
- The Hospital Chapel, St Margaret's, is open for private prayer and can be found along the road to the right as you exit the main car park.
