Visitors and general information
Visitors are welcome from 10am to 1.30pm and 3pm to 8pm, however on the day of your operation, visits may be restricted or at the discretion of the Ward Manager.
Visitors are also requested to report to nursing staff when they arrive. Children are allowed to visit by prior arrangement with the Ward Manager but we ask that they do not disturb other patients. For reasons of hygiene, only guide dogs are allowed on hospital grounds or premises.
Visitors are requested to switch off mobile phones inside Hospital buildings especially in clinical areas.
The Pavillion is situated in the atrium and serves hot meals, salads, sandwiches, snacks and beverages between 7.45am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 3pm and is closed weekends and bank holidays.
A snack vendor machine is situated in The Pavillion.
The Hospital Chapel, St Margaret's, is open for private prayer and can be found along the road to the right as you exit the main car park.
If you wish to smoke, there is a shelter outside the building in the hospital’s grounds. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask patients and visitors not to smoke anywhere else in accordance with current regulations.
