We’re looking for someone with excellent IT skills and working knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) would be highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to data management and day‑to‑day HR operations.

About the role
As our HR Administrator, you will be at the heart of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing flexible, high‑quality administrative support across the HR team, adapting to shifting priorities and using your skills where they’re needed most.
- Being the first point of contact for all HR enquiries, delivering clear, friendly, and timely responses or directing queries to the right colleague.
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, using your initiative and exercising sound judgment when working independently.
- Supporting efficient recruitment, onboarding, data accuracy, reporting, and smooth employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensuring all HR operations run seamlessly through accurate record‑keeping, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS
Skills and experience required

- Strong IT capabilities and confidence working with HRIS platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive, adaptable approach and a commitment to delivering great service
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and efficient
- A passion for supporting people and improving HR processes
