1. General

1.1 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon booking.

1.2 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Benenden Hospital’s privacy policy.

1.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Benenden Hospital may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a participant from participating in this offer.

1.4 Benenden Hospital reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend these offers where it becomes necessary to do so.

1.5 This promotion will be governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

1.6 The promoter of this offer is Benenden Hospital of Goddard’s Green Road, Benenden, Cranbrook, Kent, TN17 4AX.

2. Half price initial consultation offer

2.1 This offer applies to a 50% discount on the full price of an initial consultation for self funding patients. Self-funding patients are described as:

• self paying individuals who are not Benenden Health members
• Benenden Health members who are not eligible for an initial consultation through their membership. Please note: If your Consultant refers you for diagnostic tests and you wish to use your membership’s diagnostic benefits, you must obtain authorisation from Benenden Health’s Member Services before booking any test or scan. Please ensure that your Consultant is also authorised under your membership.

2.2 Some Benenden Health members may be entitled to an initial consultation as part of their membership. If you are eligible for this, you are not able to use this offer.

2.3 Diagnostic tests and scans carried out before or after the initial consultation, and follow up appointments, are not included in the offer.

2.4 Private GP appointments (including weight loss consultations and female health assessment packages), DermoSight mole scanning appointments, physiotherapy appointments, female continence care appointments, standalone nutritional therapy appointments and our Transform and Refresh nutritional therapy packages are not included in this offer.

2.5 All initial consultations must be booked and paid for - either online or through our Private Patient Team - between 2 March and 31 March 2026. The consultation must take place before 31 May 2026. Appointments booked or attended outside these dates will not be eligible for this offer.

2.6 Following your consultation, if you and your Consultant agree to proceed with surgery, please contact the Private Patient team who will book you for your pre-operative assessment and operation date. All surgery is subject to passing pre-operative assessment.

2.7 Any additional diagnostic investigations such as an X-ray, scan or MRIs may be recommended by your Consultant. You are under no obligation to proceed with these at Benenden Hospital but, if you do so, you’ll be charged at our normal list prices.

2.8 Benenden Health members may be able to access additional diagnostic investigations as part of their membership.

2.9 Unless you specifically advise us not to, we will send a report of our findings to your GP so that any relevant clinical information is recorded on your medical record

2.10 Only one offer is available per person
