About Vikki
I hold BSc (Hons) Degree In Adult Nursing.
I began my nursing career in cardiology, where I spent three years working across both the Cardiology Ward and Coronary Care Unit at East Kent University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in acute patient care, managing complex cardiac conditions, and supporting patients through challenging periods of their healthcare journey.
In April 2024, I joined Benenden Hospital on the Surgical Ward, where I expanded my knowledge and skills in post-operative care. I thoroughly enjoyed supporting patients throughout their recovery, ensuring they received high-quality, compassionate care during their stay and helping them regain confidence as they progressed towards discharge.
In September 2026, I joined the Plastics and Cosmetics team on a secondment opportunity, and it quickly became a specialty that I fell in love with. I find it incredibly rewarding to support patients throughout their entire journey, from their initial consultation through to their recovery and follow-up care. The continuity of care that this role provides allows me to build meaningful relationships with patients and contribute positively to their experience and outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by going for walks and runs whenever I can. I also have a passion for learning new languages, which challenges me both personally and intellectually and allows me to explore different cultures and ways of communicating.
