Mr Chipperfield’s consulting room is spacious and well-equipped, so you'll feel safe and comfortable during your consultation.

While waiting there are a selection of refreshments on offer including cold and hot drinks and cookies.

Within the clinic there is an Ultrasound machine, MRI scanner, CT scanner and DEXA.

Whilst not all infections are preventable, a proportion of healthcare-associated infections are. With that in mind, infection prevention and control and basic hygiene are at the heart of good management and clinical practice and therefore vitally important to the work we do.

We're committed to the development and maintenance of a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. Since Tuesday 31 January 2022, you've not been required to wear a face mask. However, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay at home.

There's no need for you to wear gloves when attending your appointment, as we have hand hygiene stations for you to use.

Where possible, you should attend your outpatient appointment alone. However, if you have additional support needs, you can be accompanied.
