About the role
As a Governance Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the governance function. You will help coordinate processes, maintain accurate records, and support meetings and reporting that underpin quality and compliance.
No two days will be the same – this is a varied and rewarding role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will make a real impact.
Skills and experience required
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the governance team
- Organise and minute meetings, ensuring accurate record keeping
- Maintain governance databases and documentation
- Support incident reporting processes and data tracking
- Assist with audits, reports, and compliance monitoring
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely information flow
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A strong communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Discreet and able to handle sensitive information
- Experienced in an administrative role (governance or healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential)
