About the role
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This is a flexible bank role, offering shifts to suit service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a range of routine housekeeping duties, using initiative where appropriate
- Work flexibly across Support Services areas as required
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, patients, and visitors
- Adhere to all governance standards, policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and infection control at all times
- Deliver exceptional service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience

Skills and experience required
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the organisation
- Positive, proactive, and patient-focused in their approach
- Diplomatic and tactful with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident communicating with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Well-organised with strong prioritisation skills
