1. General

1.1 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon booking.

1.2 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Benenden Hospital’s privacy policy.

1.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Benenden Hospital may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a participant from participating in this offer.

1.4 Benenden Hospital reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend these offers where it becomes necessary to do so.

1.5 This promotion will be governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Initial consultation

2.1 To take advantage of this offer, you must book your initial consultation between 1-30 September 2026.

2.2 Some Benenden Health members, or privately insured members, may be entitled to an initial consultation as part of their membership.

3. 10% off hip or knee replacement surgery offer

3.1 This offer applies to a 10% discount on the published self-pay list price for a hip or knee replacement. This includes:

• Standard total hip replacement surgery
• Standard total knee replacement
• Signature total knee replacement (surgery only, does not include MRI)
• Robotic assisted (ROSA) total knee replacement
• Partial (unicompartmental) knee replacement
• Robotic assisted (ROSA) partial knee replacement

3.2 The listed price includes an x-ray of the joint (excluding MRI), surgery, a private en-suite room, follow-up consultation and three physiotherapy sessions at the hospital.

3.3 Other treatments for hip and knee pain, such as injections, arthroscopy and physiotherapy are not eligible for this offer.

3.4 The discount applies to the surgical package price only and does not apply to consultations or any tests or scans in addition to your x-ray.

3.5 This offer is available to self funding patients only. Self-funding patients are described as:

• People who are not claiming medical expenses through Benenden Health or their Private Medical Insurance Scheme
• Benenden Health or Private Medical Insurance members who are not eligible for hip or knee replacement surgery through their membership or policy

3.6. Diagnostic tests and scans carried out before or after the initial consultation, and follow up appointments, are not included in the offer.

3.7. Your consultant must have agreed to proceed with surgery.

3.8. To take advantage of this offer, your surgery must take place before 30 November 2026.

3.9. All surgery is subject to passing pre-operative assessment.

3.10. Our total hip and knee Price Promise is valid during this offer.

3.11. If you have already booked your surgery, you are not eligible for this offer.

3.12. Unless you specifically advise us not to, we will send a report of our findings to your GP so that any relevant clinical information is recorded on your medical record.

3.13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount (except for our total hip and knee Price Promise), including the standard 10% off for Benenden Health members

3.14. No cash alternative will be offered.

3.15. Please note this service is not currently available to patients under the age of 18.
