About Malgorzata
In 1995, I graduated from the University of Physical Education, Poznan, in Poland with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy.
I gained my practical experience working at first in a Paediatric Centre and afterwards in the County Hospital in Radom, Poland - rotating between the Orthopaedic, Neurology, Rheumatology and Cardiology wards.
My experience in England started in private clinics where I worked alongside osteopaths in the Coach House Clinic in Tenterden.
I have also worked in St Bartholomew’s Intermediate Care Hospital in Rochester and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, providing services to adults to help them achieve independence and their own personal goals.
I've been working in Benenden Hospital since 2013, supporting patients in their recovery from muscular skeletal injuries and orthopaedic surgeries.
In my free time, I love swimming, hiking and visiting the countryside and seaside.
I provide the following treatments and services at Benenden Hospital:
- Diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries
- Pre-operative and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation
- Integrated myofascial therapy, soft tissues release, therapeutic massage techniques and trigger point therapy
- Postural education
- Pain management
I use a range of different techniques such as soft tissue release, massage, heat/cold, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, therapeutic exercises to help my patients achieve the best possible improvement with their mobility and well-being.
