About Bethany
I graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University in July 2025 with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy. Before beginning my studies, I gained experience across the catering, retail, and administrative sectors, later pursuing physiotherapy as a mature student following a career change.
I have a strong passion for rehabilitation, which inspired me to enter the profession. Alongside my degree, I trained in sports massage techniques, which I enjoy integrating into my clinical practice to support recovery and performance.
I have a particular interest in musculoskeletal (MSK), sports, and neurological physiotherapy, and I apply principles from each of these areas in my day-to-day work to deliver well-rounded, patient-centred care.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through running, strength training, hiking, and bouldering. I also enjoy exploring new ways to spend time outdoors and discovering new environments.
At Benenden Hospital, I provide a range of physiotherapy services, including:
- Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Sports massage therapy
- Pre and post-operative rehabilitation
- Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
- Injury education and management advice
