If you're a member of Benenden Health, and your treatment is covered by your membership, Member Services will advise of any relevant limits of cover.
However, if your treatment is not covered by your membership, and you're being treated as a self-funding patient, you'll have to pay before you can have your treatment. Payment can be made by major credit or debit card, electronic payment directly into our bank account, cash or cheque.

Electronic payment directly into our bank account
The sort code and account number to pay your balance are on the bottom of the invoice you will have received.
Card payments can be made in person or over the phone on 01580 240 333 ext 7470, quoting your invoice number. Unfortunately we don't accept American Express.
Please make your cheque payable to Benenden Hospital Trust, and write your hospital account number on the back. Send it to:
