About the role
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
- Deliver outstanding, patient-focused care that is safe, effective and evidence based.
- Provide visible clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.
- Coordinate patient care and ensure high standards are maintained across the department.
- Act as a role model, championing professionalism, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Support staff development through coaching, supervision and mentoring.
- Take responsibility for the department in the absence of the Ward/Department Manager.

- Is a Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
