About the role
As a key member of our Decontamination team, you will:
- Work collaboratively to deliver a controlled, high‑quality decontamination service for reusable medical devices
- Ensure excellent standards throughout all stages of the decontamination process, supporting outstanding patient care
- Accurately record information to maintain a full track‑and‑trace system, ensuring safety and compliance
- Prioritise workload effectively with your team and internal clinical departments
- Follow our Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Management System to ensure safe, consistent, and compliant operations
- Support Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and neurodiversity, ensuring respectful and inclusive interactions with patients, carers and colleagues
Skills and experience required
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a safe, controlled environment
