We are looking for a proactive and organised Imaging Administrator to become a key part of our Imaging Department. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is professional, compassionate, and efficient — helping to create a seamless and reassuring patient journey.

About the role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our service, managing appointments, supporting patients, and ensuring the smooth running of our booking and front desk operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients and visitors
- Manage patient enquiries via phone and email, delivering a responsive and high-quality service
- Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments across all modalities
- Process referrals accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines
- Support patients through the booking process with clear communication and empathy
- Work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth and efficient patient pathways
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Contribute to achieving service KPIs and maximising department efficiency
