We are looking for a Flexi‑Bank Reservations Advisor to join our Reservations Team, working flexibly as an ambassador for our Patient Administration Service. This role plays a vital part in delivering a high‑quality, patient‑centred booking and administration service across clinics, ACU and theatres.

About the role
- Promote and consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service.
- Provide a comprehensive reservations and administration service, including appointment booking for clinics, ACU and theatre.
- Process patient referrals accurately and efficiently, ensuring all bookings align with relevant guidelines.
- Communicate with patients in a clear, positive and professional manner to facilitate timely conversion to consultations, tests or procedures.
- Work in line with contact centre service standards, service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of the wider reservations team.

Skills and experience required

Essential
- Experience working within a contact centre or customer service environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient‑focused approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, pragmatic and approachable outlook.
- Results‑driven with high levels of initiative and determination.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise conflicting workloads effectively.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
Desirable
- Experience working in healthcare.
- A basic understanding of medical terminology (training can be provided).
