Whilst we're unable to guarantee you regular hours, we do have the need to cover our regular staff members across all areas of the hospital during times when we experience increased demands or staff shortages.

Where will I work?

Support Services, as a Catering Assistant, Housekeeper or hospital Porter
Clinical Services, as a Healthcare Support Worker across all departments, Physiotherapy Assistant, Radiology Assistant or Pharmacy Assistant
Administration and Patient Services, as a Receptionist, Reservations Advisor, Health Records Administrator, Medical Secretary support or Scheduling Coordinator

We also have opportunities for a Medical Secretary, Sales Advisor, Sonographer, Radiographer, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Staff Nurse, Nursing Associate, Theatre Practitioner or Surgical Care Practitioner.

Flexi-Bank Decontamination Services Technician

£13.00 per hour

Join our team and help deliver excellence in patient safety.

We are currently recruiting for a Flexi bank decontamination services technician to join this busy department. At Benenden Hospital we are one of a few private hospitals with a decontamination service on site. The unit provides an essential service, working closely with the clinical areas to decontaminate and reprocess surgical instruments ready for use in theatres and procedure rooms.

Knowledge and experience in the decontamination of reusable medical devices is desirable but training can be provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the workplace and will be able to work in a timely manner while achieving high levels of accuracy.

Flexi-bank Healthcare Support Worker

£13.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for two Healthcare Support Workers to join our Flexi bank team in the Eye Unit and the Ward. You will be responsible for working closely with and supporting the nursing staff and working closely with consultants.

We are looking for compassionate, adaptable, and patient-focused individuals. Whether you're supporting our clinical staff or delivering hands-on care, your role will be vital in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care whilst following hospital guidelines and protocols.

This is a flexi bank positions so shifts are worked based on the demands of the hospital and your availability. You also have the opportunity to work across other departments as a healthcare support worker as part of this position.
