The successful applicant will support the Imaging Manager/Deputy Manager with the provision of senior leadership and delegated operational management, providing clinical expertise and advice in supporting the effective planning and implementation of high standards of patient-focussed care, following hospital policies, guidelines, and protocols. They will provide sound advice and support for the Imaging Team, including assuming day to day responsibility for the department in the absence of the Manger or Deputy Manager. The successful applicant will provide high quality diagnostic Radiographic CT/MRI images to all areas of service
It is expected that the ideal applicant will have BSc (Hons) Radiography or equivalent and will be HCPC registered. They should have a minimum of 5 years Post Qualification experience and will evidence proven experience in MRI & CT. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is requisite of the role and they should be competent in all aspects of Radiography and competent in cannulation.
