An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Projects and Generalist Advisor to join our team here at Benenden Hospital. We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to manage and deliver HR work streams across a variety of areas including reward and recognition, people infrastructure, development and performance as well as providing ahigh-quality HR support service to the hospital.

Your key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be asked to demonstrate the following:
Intermediate CIPD (Level 5), fully qualified
Good standard of knowledge related to employment law, case law and HR practices
Sound IT skills, high level of experience of HR databases and advanced user of PowerPoint & Excel
Strong project management skills
Proven experience of working within an HR project team / role at Advisor level
Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong team worker
A pro-active, professional, and productive work ethic ensuring deadlines are met

This is a fulltime role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and offered on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months. This role is based on-site and we offer a COVID secure working environment in our state-of-the-art hospital, located outside the rural village of Benenden.
