22.5 hours a week (9.30 am to 2.30 pm, inclusive of break), Permanent Contract
We’re looking for a Housekeeping Assistant who will implement high standards of housekeeping and customer service for our patients and visitors.
You will work collaboratively with all departments ensuring patient areas are available whilst being sensitive to patient needs. The role requires initiative and a methodical approach to undertake routine procedures such as changing linen, cleaning spillages, deep cleaning and clearing away used items and the safe use of chemicals.
Other responsibilities include the provision of uniform, checking stock, allocating stock and keeping accurate records.
To be considered for this role it is essential that have the following:
At least one year’s Housekeeping experience
Strong communication skills
A flexible and adaptive approach to work
