We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated governance co-ordinator (patient experience) who will play a key role in ensuring the quality of care provided for our patients.
Working as part of the governance team, the post holder will receive patient feedback and complaints and facilitate the most appropriate method of response, monitor the patient experience within the organisation and provide administrative support for all aspects of the Clinical Governance function of the hospital.
This is a pivotal role and we are looking for someone who has a background in patient care, excellent customer care skills, a professional attitude and a flexible approach.
The post holder will be liaising daily with patients, staff of all levels and consultants to establish facts, find solutions and manage expectations, therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are requisite of the role.
This is a very busy and pressurised role where the post holder will be required to change their direction in terms of managing tasks several times during the day and therefore a proven ability to undertake multiple tasks under pressure is an essential part of this role.
The ability to use initiative when making decisions and problem solving is essential to the role as is the ability to interrogate and analyse data. the post holder will also demonstrate good organisation skills and attention to detail.
