The Management and support teams at Benenden Hospital all play a part in helping the hospital run smoothly and efficiently.

Our Reception and Patient Administration positions communicate with our patients and visitors working closely with the clinical teams. Our Porters, Estates team, Catering staff and Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining the hospital and grounds and providing services to our patients and visitors.

I’m the Business Applications Manager and have been working at Benenden for 20 years. My present role is varied as we look to ensure that the hospital becomes a digital-first hospital. I enjoy working at Benenden Hospital as it is a constantly evolving environment to ensure that we meet patient expectations.

The teams across the hospital, the new technology and the environment surrounding the hospital make Benenden Hospital a very pleasant place to work.

Our management and support staff are all our non-clinical departments across the hospital. They provide an excellent service to our patients and visitors as well as our own employees. All departments contribute to the efficient running of the hospital.
