Visitors are welcome to the ward, throughout the day. Visits may be restricted in the patient's interest on the day of operation or at the discretion of the Ward Sister. Visitors are requested to report to nursing staff on arrival. Children are allowed to visit by arrangement with the Ward Sister but we ask that they do not disturb other patients.
For reasons of hygiene, only registered guide dogs are allowed in Hospital grounds or premises.
Visitors are requested to switch off mobile phones inside Hospital buildings as they may adversely affect medical equipment and cause a nuisance to other patients.
Refreshments can be obtained from vending machines and the Visitor's Tea Room situated above the Main Reception area.

Visitors may like to know that the Hospital Chapel (St Margaret's) is open for private prayer. St Margaret's can be found along the road westwards from the main car park.
