Whilst we aim to provide the best possible service to our patients, as far as resources allow, there may be times when we fall short of expectations.  If you feel that there are issues of concern which you wish to raise in a formal manner, please request a copy of our leaflet entitled 'How to Raise Issues of Concern' which gives advice on how to proceed.  Alternatively, you can put your concerns in writing, to the Hospital Director.
