Consultant outline: After taking a B. SC. in Biological Sciences at Lancaster University as an exchange student, I undertook my BDS (Hons) at the Royal Dental Hospital, University of London. I worked within general dental practice and overlapped with salaried services, working as a Dental Officer, Senior Dental Officer and currently am Assistant Clinical Director. I have also undertaken my Diploma in Sedation Dentistry from University of Newcastle, and have recently completed a Diploma in Management Studies at Christchurch College, Kent. I also work as an Hon Clinical Lecturer at Queen Mary College, Royal London Hospital, teaching undergraduates and postgraduate students. I am also actively involved in training within Primary care including sedation.
