Common procedures/treatments: Shoulder Acromioplasty, Instability (Stabilisation, Bankart procedure), Cuff repair, AC joint surgery. Shoulder replacements. Arthroscopic knee surgery. Minor hand and foot surgery.
Consultant outline:
Educated in Sweden, Royal Karolinska Institute. Practiced and worked as a consultant at St Gorans Hospital in Stockholm doing hip and knee replacements and at the Artro Clinic Capio (keyhole surgery). For the last 7 years, I have been working with Mr Ekelund, Senior Lecturer and for the last two years with Prof Rolf Norlin, both well known in the 'shoulder world', seeing and operating mainly on shoulder patients. I have been Head of the medical team for a premiership side in Sweden for the last 14 years. I have been working at Benenden since January 2006.
