Full-Time – 37.5 Hours Per Week
£12,829 - £14,726 Per Annum
We are looking for someone with grounds care experience to join our small team providing a comprehensive grounds maintenance service within the Hospital estate. This will include general grounds care, mowing and some agricultural/forestry maintenance.
The ability to work alone and as part of a team, to very high standards, is essential as are strong communication skills.
Experience of tractor driving, including use of attachments, and usual garden powered machinery is essential. Certificates in tractor driving, chainsaw and hand held sprayer handling are preferable but not essential, as full training will be given. Applicants will need to hold a clean full driving licence.
Hours will be worked Monday to Friday, you will, however, be flexible in your approach as there may be a need to work weekends/alternative hours as required.
