The hospital strives to deliver high standards and quality of care we provide is key to ensuring our patients have a positive experience. Obtaining feedback from patients is an important part of ensuring that we achieve that quality experience.
Annually the hospital works with an independent company to undertake our patient feedback. This year we looked specifically at our Outpatient Service. Below are graphs showing results of the reports undertaken by Howard Warwick Associates for Outpatients 2010, together with Inpatients 2009.
