At benenden hospital we are extremely proud of the patient care we give and we constantly work to improve it. Quality care is the key to a positive patient experience, but it's also important for patients to feel they are able to communicate with their consultant and hospital staff. We need our patients to be well-informed and involved in their treatment programme whilst been treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
